To qualify for Free Shipping:

  * Most Orders totally $9.99 and up to $75.00 (before discounts) qualify for free standard shipping with the exception of * OVERSIZED ITEMS. Shipping for oversized items will be calculated and charged at checkout or by hitting VIEW CART > Add shipping info (Country, State, Zip-post code) > click estimate shipping

**If your order qualifies for Free Shipping it will be an option in estimated shipping and Checkout. ***This is available for Continental US addresses only.****

International Orders

The options we offer for International Orders outside the USA is USPS (mail service) or DHL, If shipped USPS after it leaves the USA it will be handed over to your local Mail service provider for delivery. The customer is responsible for tracking the shipment and claiming the order from customs in a timely manner and for payment of all VAT, customs, and import taxes, as applicable. We ship to All military APO DPO FPO addresses using USPS-Mail.  

 

Shipping
 

All Orders are processed in 1 to 3 days. We strive to ship within 1 day of ordering. We cannot be held responsible with carrier delivery schedules. We offer free shipping on some of our items. This is available for Continental US addresses only.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

  • USPS 14-21 Business Days (Priority Mail International)
  • USPS 4-9 Business Days (Priority Mail Express International)
  • DHL 2-5 days (Priority Mail International)

  You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the World using the shipping method of your choice. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order and method chosen. We prefer USPS as the service is very fast and dependable. (2-3 days domestic) UPS FedEx ground is also an option but is usually slower and more expensive. We also offer Express Mail and and UPS - FedEx 2nd day air. We currently accept VISA MC & Discover Cards for Payment via Authorize.net

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price minus actual shipping costs. For all returns, you must pack your return items in their original packaging and include all accessories and documentation. If you do not have original packaging it is your responsibility to package the returning products to ensure they do not get damaged during their return to us. 

Items not returned with all original packaging, instructions and warranties will be subject to up to 10% restocking fee.  We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
For health and safety reasons, pet carriers, kennels and wood crates can only be returned or exchanged if the pet has NOT occupied the carrier.

PLEASE NOTE: Harnesses are NOT returnable for refund if the item is soiled and/or has been worn by your pet. If item has been used it can only be returned for exchange in size or replacement if the item is damaged or defective. We do not accept returns if you are unable to train your cat to accept the Harness.

Our Airline kennel-crates and packages are 100 % Guaranteed to be Airline accepted. We are not responsible if they are rejected due to size requirements or restrictions.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 PLEASE NOTE: Wood Crates are custom made in limited quantity and are only returnable for a partial refund and ARE SUBJECT TO A 50% RESTOCKING/RENTAL FEE. For all returns, you must pack the wood crate in its original packaging and include all accessories and documentation. If you do not have original packaging it is your responsibility to package the returning products to ensure they do not get damaged during their return to us.  You will be responsible for, and pre-pay, all return shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to us. We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping for your protection.

If you need to return or exchange an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received, examined and processed your return. We will also notify you via e-mail with tracking details once we have processed and shipped your size exchange.
